We love birds as a symbol of spring!
All the little birdies have been hand-sculpted in clay and then cast in sterling. We adore their three dimensional qualities. They are our own one-of-kind design and we are proud to say you won't find this jewelry anywhere else.

To go along with the collection, we also have new photos from our cozy shoot with our friend Marci and her little girls.
Here she is with the new Little Bird Earrings, the Mama Bird Necklace, and the Multi-Bird Necklace.

These are two individual necklaces that can be worn alone or as a set.
An added bonus about these designs: they can each be layered with your other Hot Mama necklaces.
On the Multi-Bird Necklace you can add your choice of one or multiple birds, to represent your children or other inspirations in your life.
You can find these necklaces and the full Bird Collection on the website here.

This sweetie girl and her sister were so gorgeous when we were having our shoot that I had to write a whole other entry to show her off. In case you missed it, you can read about her and the Little Bird Necklace here.

And now for the giveaway! We are going to give 2 lucky winners a Little Bird Necklace which includes a bird and a little initial disc. We'll post the winner this time next week.

I would get the little bird necklace w/my future daughter's initial (due in May) and wear it myself until she is old enough for it to be passed onto her. What a precious heirloom it would make! ~Melanie

I would buy it for my friend, Laura, who gave me Elizabeth Mitchell's record "You Are My Little Bird" when my daughter, Greta, was born. She is a precious friend and an extremely talented artist, forever interested in all things crafty. (And then I might have to get one for my second daughter, now 7 months, who opens her mouth like a little bird to eat!)

I would give the bird necklace to my younger sister who is going away to college next fall...and then I'd buy a two additional bird necklaces for our older sister and for myself.
ReplyDeleteThe three of us have been through a lot and without each other we would not have pulled through as well as we have! I'd include a note..."Like birds of a feather we stick together".

So pretty! I would have to, guiltily, keep it for myself and get the initial for my daughter. I gave her her wings now I can't wait to see her fly! :)

ReplyDeleteI so need one of these in honor of my own LilBird! I posted on my blog! http://lilbirdsong.blogspot.com/
ReplyDeleteDoh! acemom98@yahoo.com :)
ReplyDeleteI would keep it for myself. I just gave birth to my first daughter, and am shopping for a pendant for myself. We have nicknamed my daughter birdie because of her little bird like mouth that she opens and closes when it's feeding time. I found this ironic to find when searching for the perfect piece of jewelry. I would pass this on to my little "birdie" when she gets older.

Love it! This would be lovely for my little girl =) tylerpants(at)gmail.com
ReplyDeleteI'd give this to my sister, how sweet! peanut[at]nyc.rr.com
ReplyDeleteSo adorable. I would keep it for me and put it on my necklace with my son's name disk. I love the pics of Marci with her oldest daughter. So adorable. I just moved to Virginia and would love some more of your postcards to give to my patients (I'm and OB and delivered Marci). Please email and I'll send you my new address. Thanks, Kelly Jensen. kayakdoc@earthlink.net
ReplyDeleteI also would keep this for myself, but I'm totally thinking fabulous holiday gifts for my sister in laws!
ReplyDeleteIt would go straight on to my nest necklace: When we lost our home in the Four Mile Fire I got your amazing nest necklace to symbolize home, whether we had house or not. Now that spring is coming and we are getting ready to move to our new home I would add that bird to my nest of eggs as a symbol of growth, new beginnings and hope.
ReplyDeleteHi loves--I'd give it to my sweet daughter Logan. She would cherish it and feel all grown up wearing it. It'd look darn good while she danced to "dyno-mite", huh?
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Ellen
Although I'm sure the winner will love and cherish this, as it's a beautiful piece, I'd love to wear it around my neck. I have always felt that birds represent a connection to the sky; furthermore, linking Heaven to Earth. I'm beginning a journey toward a life where my daughter and I can express our appreciation and bond with nature. Since my grandma's passing, I often look to our natural surroundings for guidance in my life. As my daughter grows older, even without my grandmother, she too shares this dedication to outdoors with a special connection to birds. I often catch her talking and singing back to the birds, which makes me smile and wonder if the bird's song was sent from my grandma. If I won, I would wear the necklace in remembrance of my grandma. Per family tradition, I would pass the necklace along to my daughter on her 13th birthday. Seeing how she's only five, I know that our love for the environment around us will only grow, along with how much she'll cherish the necklace when I pass it along to her.
