gorgeous holiday photo from Marta WritesI've been reading a lot of articles about simplifying in order to honor the true meaning of Christmas, and I am so intrigued by this idea. Without all the commercialism and riff-raff, what would make me happy this year? I've decided that for me, happiness is defined by less running around, more time with my family and loved ones, and in general just slowing down.
Below are some online pieces I've come across with this same idea. Have fun browsing and deciding for yourself how you will enjoy this enchanting holiday season. And decide to make space for joy in your life. I really believe it is a choice.

- Virtual Gingerbread House by Jenny B. Harris. I suggest using this for your kids if you need a few moments to yourself! Not nearly as messy as a real gingerbread house.
